SHATTA WALE COMES TO THE AID OF GHANA AT THE TIGO GHANA MEET NIGERIA CONCERT.
When all was going wrong in terms of performance for Ghana, Shatta Wale,came to prove to all the reason why he calls himself the King of Dancehall in Ghana. After Pappy Kojo and EL had been whipped on stage by their Nigerian counterparts – Harry Song and Olamide, Shatta came to liberate Ghanaians from their fears and put some smile on their faces, giving them hope again.
The self acclaimed Dancehall King run on stage in his white jacket and shorts to match. He started his performance by taking Ghanaians back to his Bandana days by performing “Bandana from Ghana”. He then went on to drop hit after hits. This kept the entire auditorium charged up with die hard fans singing along every song he drops.
In the middle of his performance, Shatta paused to pass on a peace message to fans cautioning them against violence before, during and after the elections. Afterwards, he continued with his performance.
