MOVIES: VAMPIRE DAIRY WILL END IN SEASON 8

The CW's 'Vampire Diaries' will end with one more season.
On saturday's comic con panel, the cast of the vampire show announced that season 8 will be the last run for the Vampire Diaries.

Nina Dobrev might also return as 'Elena' for the last season.

Season 8 of The Vampire Diaries will run for 16 episodes, and will premiere Friday, October 21 on the CW.
